How We Test
Our editorial team conducted hands-on testing of 1win from Sri Lanka over a three-week period in early 2026. We created a real player account, deposited using Dialog eZ Cash and Mobitel mCash, and recorded exact processing times across five separate deposit and three separate withdrawal transactions. We sent four customer support tickets via live chat and email, noting response times to the minute — live chat averaged 3.4 minutes response.
